I recently had a Ranch Hand grill guard installed on my Ram 2500. Everyone there was great to work with i was made very comfortable while in the store and on the phone. I was surprised that they had it on my truck in 2 1/2 hours. They treated my truck like it was there own. Very good business I will use them again.

I came in to see how much they would charge to install a leveling kit on my new truck. We spent a significant amount of time discussing the type of equipment to be installed. At first I thought the estimate was a little high, but I then found out that the procedure included an alignment. So I agreed on the amount and set the appropriate for 8 am on Monday. I actually left Dallas early that morning to arrive on time. After arriving, the quote immediately doubled. Even though they knew exactly all parts involved. I also spoke with them trying to get the perfect tire/wheel setup along with a bed cover. It was a terrible experience. I believe that if you quote someone a price, you should honor it. I’ll never go back.

The install went great but when I came back to have it re-torqued for the warranty they were over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment then asked if I could come back later in the day. I live an hour away is why I scheduled the appointment

I would give you 10 stars if I could. Jake helped me pick the perfect tires, wheels, and lift for my 4Runner. From ordering, to fast scheduling, to the actual install, everything was PERFECT! I love it. Can't beat their pricing either. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Jake!

***Edit: moved to 3 stars because of swift and appropriate response by manager. In a position to fix up a newish truck. Stopped in to price shop and was immediately talked to from all the way across the room. "What do you need?" Young man seemed irritated I wouldn't speak to him until I got up to the counter. Biggest problem I have here is the salesman I spoke with. Young man about 20-30 years younger than me, talked to me like I was simple. I don't appreciate it. Guy wouldn't even look at my truck and get out from behind the counter. I wanted his opinion on things such as rims and tires, lifts, and brushguard. He claimed " I've seen an f250 before"....basically telling me my vehicle isn't too important to him. The store wasn't busy that morning. I was the only one there. I only discussed a ranch hand brush guard. This place wanted over 2500$ for it. If I'm going to spend 1000's....you had better act interested if you want my business. After coaxing the guy out from behind the counter he did finally go out to look and discuss some things, but by that point I already had my mind made up to be honest. I will have you know, woodys, I will spend MORE at another place if they talk to m
